Last November 6, the 55^th ITW took place at the CRYSTAL CONFERENCE CENTER London, reaching its fifth English edition focusing on the British travel market. The trade show devoted to the promotion and marketing of Italian tourism saw the participation of leading UK tour operators.

Based on customer satisfaction surveys on site, 47,1% of the attending buyers judged to have established GOOD contacts during the workshop, whereas 52,9% rated these EXCELLENT.
